Karndean required a reset of their retail presence and a more strategic approach to retail. The Kardean product is only available through secondary approved retailers. This meant they had little control over the customers shopping experience due to the variety retailers.
They needed to create a scalable solution that they could adapt to suit the retailers need, and also create a more engaging customer experience.
As Creative Director at The Shopper Agency I lead a team to create a process driven journey to assist the shopper in specifying and designing their on home spaces. The concept has been successfully rolled out across the UK in many different size formats.
